KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Golf Association (MGA) vice-president CC Boo admitted that the body have issues with budget.

On Friday, the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) warned the men’s team to buck up following their poor show at last year’s KL Sea Games.

MGA have to go back to the drawing board and reassess their programmes.

However, in order to do so, the association will need funding.

“Our men flopped in the Sea Games. We have to move forward and look at areas to rectify.

“We have our own financial problems. If OCM says we have to go self-funding, then we need to see what we can do about it,” he said.
