GAMUDA Land on Saturday unveiled The Amber Residence, the latest addition to its mixed-development township twentyfive.7 in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

The residence spans 1.94ha and features two blocks of 30-storey serviced apartments comprising 596 units, on a two-storey podium with 32 units of retail shops.

It is Gamuda Land’s first high-rise development in the township, with an estimated gross development value of RM313 million.

With facilities, such as a swimming and wading pool, gymnasium, multi-purpose court and hall, yoga deck, steam bath, herb garden, cycling and jogging track, potential buyers can own the dual-key units at The Amber Residence from just RM415,000 for 552-to-1000 sq ft.

Some units are move-in-ready as they are furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and a refrigerator, wardrobe and a washing machine with dryer. All units are furnished with air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room as well as water heater in all bathrooms.

Early birds can enjoy attractive offerings, such as discounts of up to 90 per cent on stamp duty and disbursement on the loan documentation, and a rebate of nine per cent of sales and purchase agreement price.

During the grand opening of twentyfive.7 last week, visitors got the feel of living in the township through the Quayside Fiesta which features more than 40 bazaars and food stalls, funfair carnival, games and performances.

The Quayside houses a waterfront promenade with more than 100 retail and food and beverage outlets, apart from a marketplace with artisanal cafes, bakeries, a grocer, a cinema and wellness place, among others.

According to Gamuda Land project director Aw Sei Cheh, the company was pleased to officially open the doors to twentyfive.7’s full-fledge sales gallery which is accomplished with the multi-facade designer homes, namely the Light House and Flexi House.

He said the take-up rate for the first phase of the twentyfive.7, which was launched in the middle of last year and features 181 superlink and 98 semi-detached houses, is just 30 per cent as there was not any show units prior to this.

“With the show units, people will know what they are paying for and sales will naturally come in and pick up really fast,” said Aw in a press conference during the event.

The superlink and semi-D homes are expected to be completed by the end of next year while the Quayside in early 2020.
