 Running three times a week and bodyweight training at home.

To stay fit for the family.

Outdoor exerciser.

I just look back to myfitness aim.

 

5. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WORKOUT?
Running.

 

6. WEIGHTS OR CARDIO?
 Cardio.

 

7. WHAT IS THE MOST DRASTIC THING YOU’VE DONE WHEN IT COMES TO EXERCISE?
Woke up super early on a weekday compared to my normal weekday time.

 

8. WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL BREAKFAST?
Bread with peanut butter and dates andbanana.

 

9. WHAT IS THE ONE JUNK FOOD YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT?
Ice-cream.

 

10. HOW LONG DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?
Six to seven hours.

 

11. WHAT’S THE FIRST THING YOU DO AFTER YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING?
Pray.

 

12. HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU WORK OUT IN THE MORNING?
On normal weekends, a minimum of 30 minutes of running per day. To prepare for a running event, at least one hour of running.  

 

13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PRE-EXERCISE/PRE-RACE FUEL?
Banana and dates.

 

14. HOW DO YOU RECOVER FROM A WORKOUT?
After a race, I run barefoot on the grass.

 

15. HOW DO YOU PREVENT INJURY?
Train and train.

 

16. WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE TO GET PEOPLE TO EXERCISE?
It’s not about impressing people, but about you competing against yourself to bring yourself to the next level.

 

17. WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE SOURCE OF PROTEIN AND WHY?
Chicken. It can be served in many ways.

 

18.WHAT DO YOU RUN IN?

Started with ASICS (Gel Kayano, DS Trainer, Cumulus and Dynaflyte) but recently discovered a brand called Hoka One One (Mafate Speed and Arahi).

 

19.WHAT’S THE ONE THING THAT EXERCISE HAS TAUGHT YOU?
Mind over body.

 

20.WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE TIME TO EXERCISE?
Morning and night.

 

21.WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WORKOUT MEMORY?
When my wife and kids celebrated my birthday at the finishing line of the Putrajaya Night Marathon 2011.

 

22. DO YOU LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE EXERCISING?
No.

 

23.DO YOU PREFER TO EXERCISE INDIVIDUALLY OR IN A GROUP?
