KUALA LUMPUR: Award-winning South Korean boy group BTS has great news for its fans who are anticipating the release of its fifth EP Love Yourself 承 "Her" on Sept 18.

The seven-member act's agency, BigHit Entertainment, announced today that BTS is collaborating with Andrew Taggart, one half of the US electronic duo The Chainsmokers', on a track in the album.

Described as an EDM number, it is titled Best Of Me. Taggart worked with BTS' rappers, namely Rap Monster, Suga and J-Hope.

The chart-topping group had met up with The Chainsmokers last May at the Billboard Music Awards where BTS took home Top Social Artiste Award, breaking Justin Bieber's six-year winning streak.

It was reported that since then, the two have kept in contact and have been sharing music.

It certainly looks like it's going to be one of the most anticipated K-music collaborations of the year!

Meanwhile, the stock pre-order for Love Yourself 承 "Her" has exceed 1 million units from retailers in South Korea alone.

The EP was also at the top of Amazon.com's lists of Best Sellers, Hot New Releases, Most Wished For as well as Gift Ideas for several days in a row.

Having debuted in 2013, BTS has amassed a legion of fans in the US, proven by the massive turnout at their sold-out North American tour earlier this year.
